Ingredients: Beans - 100 g, broth - 150 g, butter - 5 g, wheat bread - 50 g, sour cream - 50 g, pepper - 0.05 g.
Boil the beans in water, drain the broth, add strong brown meat broth, season with salt and pepper and simmer in a sealed container for 15-20 minutes over low heat.
Place the beans along with the broth in a portioned frying pan greased with butter, cover with a layer of wheat bread rubbed through a sieve, pour over hot sour cream and bake in a well-heated oven.
